Gilberto Sayão da Silva

Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vinci Compass and founding partner of Vinci Partners. He was a partner at Banco Pactual, where he led the investment, corporate finance, and hedge fund areas. Between 2006 and 2009, he served as the principal director at UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Management. From 1998 to 2009, he was a member of the Executive Committee at Banco Pactual and UBS Pactual, contributing to strategic and corporate decisions of the institution. Studied Electrical Engineering at PUC-Rio.

ALESSANDRO MONTEIRO MORGADO HORTA

CEO, Head of Real Assets, and member of the Board of Directors and Strategic Committee at Vinci Compass, as well as a founding partner of Vinci Partners. Previously, he served as Vice President of UBS Pactual and Director of UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Management from 2006 to 2009. At Banco Pactual, he held the roles of Managing Partner, COO, and Head of Long-Term Investments from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, he was a partner at Banco Icatu from 1998 to 2001. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio.

Sonia Consiglio

Sonia Consiglio

Ms. Consiglio is a well acknowledged ESG and corporate communications expert in the financial services industry, having been recognized in 2016 by the United Nations Global Compact as a Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) pioneer, among only ten people in the world. She has been an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the ESG Committee at Vinci Compass since August 2021. She is the current president of the Brazilian Board for the Global Reporting Initiative, having served previously as a Director at the Brazilian stock exchange (B3), assuming the role of president of the Deliberative Council of the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE). She was president of Rede Brasil for UN Global Compact and director of HR and internal communications and superintendent for BankBoston, superintendent of sustainability and institutional communications at Banco Itaú, and director of social responsibility at Febraban.

Ana Vitoria Bevilaqua

Head of the Administrative area, Ana Vitória Bevilaqua is responsible for facilities, environmental and social projects, as well as public relations. Before joining Vinci Compass, she served as Project Manager for Quality and Customer Service at Reader's Digest Brazil. Previously, at Banco Pactual, she was responsible for new business projects and also worked as an Administrative Manager. With over 30 years of experience in project management, Ana Vitória holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and a Master's in Marketing from IAG PUC-Rio.

JOSÉ LUIS PANO

JOSÉ LUIS PANO

José "Pepe" Pano is Chairman of the Private Equity division and Head of Impact and Returns at Vinci Compass. He joined the company in 2009 as a partner in the Private Equity strategy. From 2003 to 2008, he worked at Pactual and UBS Pactual, where he led the management of the Nordeste Empreendedor Private Equity fund and the PCP I fund. Throughout his career at Vinci, he has served on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies, including Unidas, Pro Infusion, Camarada, and Burger King. Between 2012 and 2016, he served as CEO of Cecrisa (a company acquired by the VCP II fund). Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of the LID Group, a venture capital company focused on South America. He also has six years of international experience as a Principal at Booz & Co., working in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Singapore, and Jakarta. Additionally, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture and as a Financial Analyst at Intel Corporation in Oregon (USA). He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and an MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle (USA).

Partner jointly responsible for the Legal and Compliance areas and head of the Sustainability area at Vinci Compass. Board member of the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA). Vice-President of the ANBIMA's Forum for Alternative Funds. Lawyer with over 20 years' experience in the capital markets. Previously Federal Attorney, Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM). Took a course of specialization in capital market regulation at UFRJ. Holds a master's degree in commercial law from USP. Holds a Certificate in ESG Investing issued by the CFA Institute. Author/coordinator of numerous legal articles and three books: "ESG in Financial and Capital Markets", São Paulo: Quartier Latin, 2024 (joint coordination); "Capital Markets. Fundamentals and Challenges," São Paulo: Quartier Latin, 2018; "Capital Markets: Sanctioning Regime," São Paulo: Saraiva/Jur, 2012 (co-authored).

Partner responsible for the People, Governance, and Administration areas at Vinci Compass, where she joined in 2012. Between 2010 and 2012, she was Head of the People & Management division at Banco Modal, and previously led the T&D and R&S areas at Icatu Seguros, where she started her career in 2003. She has also worked at Tim Brasil and Opportunity, having started her professional journey at Banco Brascan. She holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and an extension course from Ohio University. She is certified in Coaching by the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI) and has completed courses in Board Members, Family Business Advisors, and ESG in Practice from IBGC.

ROBERTO LEUZINGER

Partner and Head of People and Governance at Vinci Compass, with solid experience in consulting and management. He was a partner responsible for the Consumer Goods and Retail sector at the international consulting firm Booz & Company. Between 1994 and 1997, he worked as a financial analyst at Banco Pactual. He holds a degree in Electrical Systems Engineering from PUC-Rio and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Tomás Jatobá

Tomás Jatobá

Partner at Vinci SPS, Tomás was a co-founder of SPS Capital, an independent Special Situations asset manager acquired by Vinci Compass in 2022, where he led the Legal Investments area, focusing on legal claims, litigation finance, and NPLs. Before founding SPS Capital, he worked for over seven years as an in-house lawyer at BTG Pactual, where he became head of the Legal department for credit operations, overseeing both the structuring and recovery of credits across all of the bank's portfolios. His career also includes time at J.P. Morgan, where he worked with derivatives, and at law firms focusing on M&A. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo.
