Jaime de la Barra is a Partner, Director, and Global Head of IP&S at Vinci Compass, and one of the founding partners of Compass Group. From 2010 to 2024, he served as Executive Vice President of Compass Group Holdings and Chief Investment Strategist of the firm. Prior to founding the company, from 1992 to 1996, he established and led the investment research division at Grupo Santander in Chile. Earlier in his career, from 1985 to 1989, he was part of the investment banking team at Citicorp in Chile. Jaime was a member of the Chilean Ministry of Finance's Capital Markets Advisory Council from 2006 to 2021. He also served on the board of Icare and was President of its Economics and Finance Circle from 2015 to 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodríguez worked in investor relations at Enersis, one of the biggest multinational electric utility companies in Latin America. He also worked in electric design at Ingendesa, an engineering services company. He is also an adjunct professor of graduate courses in the Business and Economics Department at Universidad de Los Andes, teaching Financial Statement Analysis and Real Estate Investments. Matías has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and an MS in electrical engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management (Honor Society).

Previously, he was Executive Director at LarrainVial Corredores de Bolsa and Head of Fund Distribution at Celfin Capital Asset Management, where he led the funds distribution to institutional clients of Chile y Perú. Raimundo was also an investment analyst at Santander Investment Securities and later was the Head of Equity Research and Strategist of Santander Chile´s Office, where he worked for 7 years, to finally join the team of Institutional LatAm Equity Sales in Santander for 5 years, in New York. Raimundo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Earlier in his career, he was an Equity Trader and Analyst for Principal Financial Group's mutual fund company in 2002.
